Package: rtorrent
Version: 0.8.4+tit-4
Severity: wishlist

After executing a hash check that finds some failed chunks, rtorrent does not
continue to download the failed chunks but instead sits there doing nothing,
just shows a message next to the torrent.

Expected: Drop the failed chunks and try to redownload them to finish the
download, as that usually will be what the user expects, especially on a
headless download client where a user just checks every other day and
just expects rtorrent to do its work.
