Hi, I found out that it is a bug in gdk, see # 580511 in the gtk / gnome bugzilla. So nothing is wrong with audacious after all in regards to the gtk critical. Just the incompatibility of config files between v1 and v2 happened here too, I couldn't look at the playlist until I deleted my configuration directory.
