Package: hibernate Version: 1.07-1 Severity: normal When hibernating, I get this message:
Software Suspend 2.1.9.5: Initiating a software suspend cycle. suspend_userui: userui_program not configured. suspend_userui disabled. Software Suspend 2.1.9.5: Swapwriter: Signature found. Software Suspend 2.1.9.5: Suspending enabled. Suspend2: Failed to initialise the compression transform. Please include the following information in bug reports: - SUSPEND core : 2.1.9.5 - Kernel Version : 2.6.12n ... According to the authors this is due to /etc/hibernate/hibernate.conf lacking default configuration regarding compressor and encryptor, something like ProcSetting compressor lzf which is commented out in /etc/hibernate/hibernate.conf Maybe having it uncommented by default would help ?
