Package: kdeplasma-addons Version: 4:4.2.4-1 Severity: normal
The System Monitor widget (to specify, it includes thermometer, CPU, Network, Disk, and Info monitors) does not save all settings upon logout. It does save which monitors I have chosen to display and the approximate position on the screen, but all other settings are lost upon logout. For example, I have specified which CPUs, network interfaces, and hard drive partitions that I wish to monitor, as well as their respective update intervals. However, all of this information is lost after logging out of the current session. This behavior seems to undermine the point of custom settings. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-dbb-debian (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages kdeplasma-addons depends on: ii plasma-runners-addons 4:4.2.4-1 addons for KDE 4 Plasma - krunner ii plasma-widget-lancelot 4:4.2.4-1 addons for KDE 4 Plasma - lancelot ii plasma-widgets-addons 4:4.2.4-1 addons for KDE 4 Plasma - widgets kdeplasma-addons recommends no packages. kdeplasma-addons suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
