Yes. At least, I believe so. I still don't know why I wasn't able to reproduce it, but the "input_term" call that madplug uses to close files was definitely missing in a couple of places. I would be delighted if you would download the upstream source, compile it, and test to make sure the bug is really fixed. I can provide instructions to do so if you like.
