Package: ibus-pinyin Version: 1.2.0.20090617+1-1 Severity: wishlist Hi Daobing,
Although ibus-pinyin can support GBK, it is not enabled at default. As a result, it may be somewhat confusing for novice users that ibus-pinyin can only input the characters in GB2312. I wonder if you can set the option enabled as default when packaging ibus-pinyin, or mention the existence of the option in its document, e.g. README.Debian. Thank you very much. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages ibus-pinyin depends on: ii ibus 1.2.0.20090617-1 New input method framework using d ii python 2.5.4-3 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 1.0.3 automated rebuilding support for P ibus-pinyin recommends no packages. ibus-pinyin suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
