The best thing to do is to answer by telling them what WWWOFFLE does in a minimal configuration. 1) Verify the problem exists without any HTML modifications enabled in WWWOFFLE. 2) Use wget to grab a blocked image (via WWWOFFLE) and show the HTML message content of it.
