Ruby-GNOME panel applets currently do not work at all. eg:
$ /usr/share/doc/libpanel-applet2-ruby/examples/hello-applet.rb

This was originally reported against 'sshmenu-gnome' but it appears to
affect all Ruby-GNOME panel applets. I'm reassigning and retitling it
accordingly, and bumping the severity, as this seems to render the
'libpanel-applet2-ruby' and 'libpanel-applet2-ruby1.8' packages
entirely unusable.
It's been quite a while since I have interacted with the Debian BTS,
so please let me know and accept my apologies in advance if I have
done any of this incorrectly.
