Package: netbase Version: 4.34 Followup-For: Bug #533001
in Debian 5.0.2 /etc/services is still OLD. It lacks a lot of apple services that are in IANA. Please fix this at last, I have seen at least 3 bug reports that claimed to fix this thing, but none of them pulled the new list from IANA. Missing service examples: dhcpv6-client 546/tcp DHCPv6 Client dhcpv6-client 546/udp DHCPv6 Client dhcpv6-server 547/tcp DHCPv6 Server dhcpv6-server 547/udp DHCPv6 Server # Jim Bound <bound&zk3.dec.com> afpovertcp 548/tcp AFP over TCP afpovertcp 548/udp AFP over TCP # Leland Wallace <randall&apple.com> idfp 549/tcp IDFP idfp 549/udp IDFP Source: http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages netbase depends on: ii lsb-base 3.2-20 Linux Standard Base 3.2 init scrip Versions of packages netbase recommends: ii ifupdown 0.6.8+nmu1 high level tools to configure netw netbase suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
