Package: loadlin Version: 1.6c.really1.6c.nobin-2 Severity: minor Hello,
Upstream yasm merged your changes to tasm support. However, they chose to call the binary "ytasm". The Debian packages ship a symlink to avoid breaking things, but it would be better if you started using "ytasm" as soon as possible (therefore build-depending on yasm >= 0.8). Also, I checked that loadlin built with the new yasm, but I could not test the resulting packages. You may wish to check for yourself; the packages can be found at http://people.zoy.org/~sam/yasm/. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable-i386 APT policy: (500, 'unstable-i386'), (500, 'transitional-i386'), (500, 'transitional'), (500, 'stable-i386'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental-i386'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29.2 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages loadlin depends on: ii libc6 2.9-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries loadlin recommends no packages. loadlin suggests no packages. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
