Hi,

Bumping the severity as this bug affects more packages, and in the case of
gtk2-engines, if it wasn't for that chrpath call, it would have built fine,
shipping files in /x11/usr..., breaking stuff badly. We don't know how many
packages out there are affected, so hopefully people don't upload broken
packages. However binNMUs may still happen, which would be harder to notice I 
guess.
