Package: reportbug Version: 4.5 Severity: important Something changed in reportbug such that the method I used to run the bugscript as root in lenny's mdadm (2.6.7.2-3) no longer works in sid: instead of &3, the output seems to go to &1.
Attached is the bugscript I use. Again, this works in lenny. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31-rc3-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages reportbug depends on: ii apt 0.7.21 Advanced front-end for dpkg ii python 2.5.4-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-reportbug 4.5 Python modules for interacting wit reportbug recommends no packages.
