Package: rtai-source Version: 3.7.1-1 Severity: normal
Haven't built patched kernel for a while, and now wanted to setup RTAI -- make-kpkg puked on option to apply the patches -- changelog said that it was deprecated :-/ So, I guess, it would be more useful just to ship patches for all available versions. http://cvs.gna.org/cvsweb/magma/base/arch/x86/patches/?cvsroot=rtai carries patches for all recent versions, including 2.6.26 (even though it is not in the released tarball), so it would address #513588. Also CVS (vulcano/stable branch as well) has patches against 2.6.30, which are not in the released version (not sure if they are compatible though). Thanks in advance! -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing'), (600, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-vserver-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
