Bug#317907: fontconfig: include ttf-dejavu as one of the alternatives in depends

1) There's no way this should be the default. The default should remain
Bitstream Vera.

2) This won't work as this package doesn't contain fonts suitable for
the Serif, Mono and Sans aliases.
