Package: mysql-server-4.1
Version: 4.1.11a-4
The mysql-server and mysql-server-4.1 packages both contain a program
/usr/bin/replace. The program is a simple program I want to recommend to
friends new to GNU/Linux who don't want to learn sed scripting just to do
text replacement.
So, I suggest splitting the program /usr/bin/replace into a separate
binary package so I can recommend installing e.g. mysql-tools. The
program /usr/bin/resolveip may fit in the same category. It would be
fairly simple to have mysql-server depend on mysql-tools in the future, so
the split need not cause any problems.
Thanks!
