When I try to install acroread, ia32-apt-get fails with a version
dependency error:

So ia32-apt-get (or really I guess, ia32-dpkg) thinks that version
0.0.38~22 doesn't meet the requirement of >= 0.0.38. But that is the
correct version of acroread-debian-files for i386.
