When I file bugs for packages that fail to build, I know use "Source: " in the pseudo header. But it seems that in the case that the source package doesn't have a binary package with the same now, it gets mailed to [email protected] instead of the maintainer. If you go and look at the bug report itself, it does properly show the maintainer name. Some examples: #538156, #538157, #538206, ...
