Yes, that's what I did.  For example, Tuesday's puzzle with answer key is
here:
    http://select.nytimes.com/premium/xword/Aug1109.puz 
and I've attached it.

I no longer have the .puz file without the key, but I'm attaching the saved
file from ~/.crossword_puzzles in the hope that it will help.
