Package: mpg123-el
Version: 1:1.44-1
Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/share/doc/mpg123-el/html/index.html

Opening file:///usr/share/doc/mpg123-el/html/index.html in iceape
1.1.17-1 shows some various dollars and sqiggles for what I take it
should be japanese text.

Putting in a second line

  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-2022-jp">

seems to work for me. (I suppose without iceape does some guessing or
something that ends up wrong -- the page info box says it decided
utf-8.)
