During audio playback, if the cover fails to load, audio playback is
interrupted.
For example, during file transfer the cover may not be complete and
can fail to load, resulting in the following message:
Failed to load image
'/home/bignose/Audio/flac/foo/bar/cover.jpeg': Image has zero
width
Audio playback continues, but when the error message is acknowledged
(by selecting “OK” on the dialogue), audio playback is then stopped.
Instead, error conditions which do not affect audio playback should
not affect the current playback state.
