Package: hpcc
Version: 1.3.1-1
Severity: wishlist

        May I suggest expanding the HPL abbreviation in the Description:
        of the package, so that the users looking for ``high performance
        linpack'' will find it?

$ apt-cache show hpcc
...
Description: HPC Challenge Benchmark
 The HPC Challenge Benchmark runs a suite of 7 tests that measure the
 performance of CPU, memory and network for HPC clusters.
 Amongst others, it includes the HPL benchmark, used by the Top500
 ranking (http://www.top500.org).
 .
 This software is compiled using Open MPI and ATLAS. It must be run
 with mpirun.openmpi.
...
$

        Also please consider:

        * expanding ``HPC Challenge'' as ``High Performance Computing
          Challenge'' (as mentioned on, say, [1]), for the same reason;

        * downcasing ``benchmark'', as in:

--cut: http://icl.cs.utk.edu/hpcc/ --
   The HPC Challenge benchmark consists of basically 7 tests:
--cut: http://icl.cs.utk.edu/hpcc/ --

        * adding trailing slash (/) to the URL: http://www.top500.org/.

        Thus, finally:

Description: HPC Challenge benchmark
 The High Performance Computing (HPC) Challenge benchmark runs a suite
 of 7 tests that measure the performance of CPU, memory and network for
 HPC clusters. Amongst others, it includes the High-Performance LINPACK
 (HPL) benchmark, used by the Top500 ranking (http://www.top500.org/).
 .
 This software is compiled using Open MPI and ATLAS. It must be run
 with mpirun.openmpi.
