I do have many of those errors in my logs after that upgrade.
The webserver seems to be more often unavailable than before, if I look
at my Nagios notifications...

The exact message is:
[warn] (103)Software caused connection abort: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade
failed in handle_request function
