And all the people who don't use installdeb-myspell can transition already. Even the people who use installdeb-myspell can do now, too, that's why I filed the bugs now instead of waiting. Especially the people who install non-myspell stuff with installdeb-myspell. When I fix dictionaries-common I might just remove insalldeb-myspell capable of doing the other types, as it's for *myspell* as the name says, not for hyphenation patterns or thesauri (if not now, then at lest in STEP 3) So transitioning away from installdeb-myspell should be done anyway.
