On my system, dicod is running well although I have got libgsasl7 0.2.26-2, probably the reason is that I have build dicod from source package against the currently installed libgsasl7 0.2.26-2, while you probably installed dicod from unstable (which is probably built against libgsasl7 1.1-1).
