Win+T to open a new terminal works. Win+M to maximize the focused window fails Win+Spacebar to summon Gnome-Do also fails. Duno why Win+T works and the others fail ;\\ I do not know which other information you may need to track this down, so, just ask and I'll provide! hehe.
