When executing parallel jobs in GridEngine, a so-called parallel
environemtn (PE) is needed. These PEs are specific to the underlying
mechanism for communication, like MPICH (1), MPICH2, OpenMP and whatnot.

After a bit of looking around, I finally found two example folders which
implement a PE for mpich and pvm in the GridEngine source tree.
These examples can be pretty valuable for getting an idea how PE
startup/shutdown is supposed to work. I think we should ship them along
with the job examples. Patch attached.
