Please change dictionaries-common priority to optional. This change was already planned by ftpmasters for the time after release, [Override changes standard -> optional] http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2008/12/msg01193.html This is already changed in dictionaries-common control file and now seems the time to do the change in the override file. At the same time, please consider changing dictionaries-common-dev priority to extra. It contains development tools for use only by maintainers of dictionary and wordlist packages when building them, so is of a rather limited use, and for that reason an extra priority seems better.
