Hi, I am not sure the sequence number 20 is the best for dovecot to start before the MTA: Postfix and nullmailer also use 20 as start sequence number, I guess it is the same for other MTAs.
If a MTA's name begins with a letter from "a" to "d" (until "dou"), dovecot will still start after this MTA. A lower sequence number would be more appropriate. BTW, while newly installed packages will be correctly set up, the symlinks are not updated when upgrading from the previous version.
