jgrapht should be in main and the package in contrib has some issues, to say the least. A new improved packaging was uploaded as libjgrapht0.6-java. It also prepares for a coexistence of that milestone of jgrapht, having a couple of reverse depends, with its later versions that make heavy use of the Java 6 templates. The removal is against the source package libjgrapht-java and its binaries in contrib. Please leave the later versions in experimental for another while.
