Package: wget Version: 1.11.4-2 Severity: minor Hi,
when using wget with the -r and -O options you get a warning message: """ WARNING: combining -O with -r or -p will mean that all downloaded content will be placed in the single file you specified. """ (in this case I used -O excactly to get that behaviour [to force an overwrite]) when using -nv for non-verbose mode that message should be surpressed, as it isn't a particuarly exciting event. but it's not. thanks, Hamish -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages wget depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8g-15+lenny3 SSL shared libraries wget recommends no packages. wget suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
