Package: bochsbios
Version: 2.4.1-1
Severity: important
File: BIOS-qemu-latest

Hi,

When I use /usr/share/bochs/BIOS-qemu-latest to emulate a VGA graphic card with
qemu (qemu -vga std), the guest system (Win XP) cannot use a resolution larger
than 640x480x4. The graphic card is not recognized.

With the same file BIOS-qemu-latest duplicated from Ubuntu Jaunty (x86) for
example, then the guest system can use a larger resolution (i.e. 1280x800x32).
The card is drived correctly.

Regards,
