This is a minor cosmetic change.
If a set of preferences are disabled via lockPref, then the relevant
control buttons can be removed from the windows:
If addons is disabled via lockPref("xpinstall.enabled", false), then the
"manage add-ons" button can be removed from the preferences window.
If proxy configuration is locked via lockPref, remove Settings ...
button from Advanced, Tab: Network, Connection window.
Similar fixes can be applied to buttons that control other disabled components.
