I get this error even if the region is set to 2. The dvd I am trying to read has no local restrictions, anyway. I also get this error for dvd.iso image files generated by mkisofs, for example.
Package is libdvdread4, version 4.1.3-6. The question is: Can this "zero check failed" message be safely ignored? Regards Harri
