I cannot change the "Restart Style" setting in the "Session" tab of the "Session and Startup" settings dialog if I use a german locale. When I click that field for an application, a menu with four options appears. If I click one of those options, the menu disappears and the displayed value of the field is unchanged. If I start the dialog with "LANG=C xfce4-session-settings", clicking an option in the menu actually changes the displayed value of the field to that option (although it does not seem to have an effect on the operation of the session manager, see Bug #547153).
