Yes, I should have mentioned this.  The dependent packages you
identified should be rebuilt to remove the dependency on 1.38.  At the
moment, boost-default points to 1.39, so the rebuilt packages would
depend on 1.39.  

In about a week or so, I expect to flip boost-default to 1.40.  Maybe
we should wait for this to happen before the rebuild, so that we
jump to 1.40.
