Dear Thomas,

I am not at all an expert here, but I'd prefer a Recommends because,
AFAICS, the UI does not start if the dbus-launch binary is not in
place.

You see, I had to use apt-file to discover to which package that
binary belongs, and install it. If the knowledge of a typical end
user makes this an obvious action to take, probably you can also use a
Suggests.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your consideration.
