Dear Vincent Lefevre, The "Author", "Keywords", and "Title"-fields of your attached metadata.pdf are really empty, so perhaps you have send the wrong file. At my machine, the fields are empty for pdfinfo, pdftk, okular, evince and official acroread.
I've created a pdf-file via hyperref/pdflatex. pdftk seems to display the fields correctly. If you can reproduce your bug, please append additionally the .tex file.
