Seems to be only a warning.  I'd still like to see it 'fixed' with a
tighter dependency, but it is a 'Severity normal' bug, not 'serious'.

The file to edit is debian/libidn11.shlibs .  Currently it says
(>= 0.5.18), I'm suggesting it should have the version where versioned
symbols were introduced.
