Package: lldpd
Version: 0.4.0-2
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

lldpd does not seem to notice when a network link goes down and
happily continues to report its former link partner. Please consider
removing that information and not reporting it any more on a link with
status down. Additionally, if the link comes up again, lldpd should
wait for the first incoming lldp information before reporting any
data, since we might have been connected to a different port now.

Greetings
Marc
