There are many torrent files now that only contain 'announce-list', not 'announce' field (most created with new uTorrent versions). Bittornado handles multiple trackers nice, but a couple of internal checks fail on such files, preventing download. Also, btshowmetainfo just throws an unhandled exception. Here is a patch for this, and also a couple of test torrents. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-openvz-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.koi8r, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.koi8r (charmap=KOI8-R) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages bittornado depends on: ii python 2.5.2-3 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 0.8.4lenny1 automated rebuilding support for P Versions of packages bittornado recommends: ii mime-support 3.44-1 MIME files 'mime.types' & 'mailcap ii python-crypto 2.0.1+dfsg1-2.3+lenny0 cryptographic algorithms and proto Versions of packages bittornado suggests: pn bittornado-gui <none> (no description available) pn python-psyco <none> (no description available) -- debconf-show failed
