Password-Gorilla is one of the two password utilities (the other being MyPassword Safe) that I have found in Debian that is compatible with Counterpane Labs' popular Password Safe (http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net) data files. Since Password-Gorilla has not yet been patched or updated (I do not know how to install the patch supplied by Sergei) and MyPassword Safe was not carried forward from Etch or back ported from Sid, I cannot access my databases under Squeeze. If Password-Gorilla is going to be dropped, please encourage the maintainers of MyPassword Safe to back port it to Lenny and Squeeze or recommend another password utility that can be jointly used by Debian and Windows 98/XP with the Password Safe databases (or the exported contents).
