You are right but could you please direct these bug reports to the ngspice
mailing list. Ngspice is an interest driven project and I haven't noticed any
interest in fixing such minor bugs. On the other hand, it is normal that you
have to change pspice terms to normal spice terms before doing simulations in
other spice simulators as well.
It depends on the project but in this case I would like to ask you to
direct bug reports that are not obviously Debian specific to the ngspice
upstream authors. You may have to start coding yourself :)
