kernel 2.6.31 has finally been uploaded to unstable. I've just installed
it and bluetooth seems to work again.

Sending files from phone to computer doesn't work, and browse files on
device doesn't work either, but I will investigate a bit more and
possibly file a new bug report.

You're still planning on adding the rfkill rule patch/workaround from
Ubuntu, aren't you ? Bluetooth is now working (partially, as described
above), but I still can't disable it as a user.
