Package: klogd Version: 1.5-5 Severity: important After a reboot klogd works as expected. 15 and 1/2 hours later it stopped logging. Note: It stopped at exactly 4:00am (I couldn't find any cron jobs that might have caused it to stop exactly then). Since then it will restart and dump everything in its buffer to my remote syslog host and no more. Restarting it again will produce the same behavior. Note most log entries are Shorewall log entries. In the 15 1/2 hours it worked it processed 58599 log entries.
