while im-switch is recommended by ibus, it is not required. And any
recommendation issued by ibus(-setup) should work. So I'm still of the opinion,
that ibus-setup's output should be changed to recommend .xsessionrc.

Just as an additional note: you might want to mention that im-switch is the
preferred way for configuring the system in the package description. Otherwise
I'm not sure everybody will install it. But this is possibly an arguable point
as recommends are installed by default.
