AFAICT from the CMakeLists.txt file, it is meant to be an optional
library, so it'd be nice not to fail in this case. :) I'm not versed
into cmake so I'm not providing a patch, but I guess it should be easily
reproduced on Linux by removing the libv4l-dev package.
