Doesn't justify the original severity either. 0.7.0 is already in
testing and the number of real systems without liblocale-gettext-perl
is low - debootstrap adds it automatically, as would build-essential.
It's hard to see how svn-buildpackage would be used in a situation
where any Priority: required packages are missing.

Independent of the severity, the bug is acknowledged and is pending a
fix when one of the maintainers has time for an upload. I don't right
now but probably will sometime over the next 7 - 10 days.
