Rationale: When gwenview built against KDE3 (now only in stable) it was an independent package and so had its own internationalization package. Now, however, gwenview is part of KDE4 (unstable/testing) and so gwenview's translations are provided by the kde-l10n-** packages. Thanks, Christopher Martin
