With fresh install of Debian Unstable the error is still present. By using:
gcc -march=athlon -fverbose-asm -S -O3 -save-temps main.c all I see is an empty (0 bytes) main.i file and compile process still ends with "cc1: error: main.c: Value too large for defined data type" -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
