Hi.
1) RFC 4409 forbids ETRN for the submission port.
May I suggest to add lines like the following to your template
master.cf for the submission port:
# #RFC 4409 chapter 7 forbids ETRN on the submission port for a MSA
# -o smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords=ETRN
# -o smtpd_etrn_restrictions=reject
2) The same RFC forces AUTH to be available for MSAs.
Perhaps it's worth to add a note to your already present
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes line in master.cf, that this MUST be enabled.
